My approach focuses on increasing your self-reflective capabilities and offering insights into how to initiate change. Through therapy, you can identify unhealthy patterns in relationships, recognizing their roots in the past and the unconscious dynamics behind them. This process opens the door to developing new ways of relating both personally and professionally.
How it Works Step by Step:
- Initial Consultation:
Before beginning your therapy journey, I offer an initial consultation lasting approximately 60 minutes, conducted over one or sometimes two sessions. During this time, we discuss your thoughts and reasons for seeking therapy. It’s an opportunity to explore whether this form of therapy aligns with your needs and if my approach resonates with you. This initial meeting allows us to collaboratively develop a treatment plan tailored to provide you with the support you seek. - Therapy Sessions:
I offer open-ended psychotherapy with sessions lasting 50 minutes, scheduled once or twice a week. While I typically engage in long-term therapy, I am flexible and can accommodate short-term focused work based on your preferences and needs. - Brief and Long-Term Therapy:
Whether you prefer brief or longer-term therapy, I adapt my approach to suit your requirements. I offer both online and face-to-face sessions from my studio in Milan- Porta Romana and also outdoor session
I receive regular supervision for the work I offer and I work along the code of practice of the British Psychoanalytic Council the Italian Association of Counselling AssoCounsellig.
